  • 10 Week Class Dates: 10/17/16 – 12/23/16.
  • 12 Week Class Dates: 1/2/17 – 3/26/17 (registration will open mid-December). Early registration is not available at this time for this option.
  • 22 Week Class Dates: 10/17/16 – 3/26/17 (one week break 12/25 – 1/1).
  • Schedule adjustments will occur around holidays.
  • Riders should commit to the same day and time when purchasing the full session.
    Coaches will allow swapping of weekday classes with advance notice, dependent on availability. Please work with Karen when schedule conflicts arise.
  • Class cost for the full session is presented on the BikeReg website. Class pricing IS prorated, based on registration date vs selected Class Day.
  • The Ride Studio at Fast Splits in Needham can be accessed via the front door during store hours (10-7pm weekdays, 10-6pm Saturday) OR along the west side of the building up the loading dock ramp, through the double grey doors.
  • Two dressing rooms and a bathroom are accessible during all class times. No shower facilities exist at Fast:Splits.

ENDURANCE CLASS – Tuesday and/or Sunday

  • Class focus is on endurance. The purpose is to get in some steady riding in your aerobic zone making it a great supplement to your intense workouts during the week. Ride with a fun group in the Ride Studio with good music, inspiring videos, and a workout structured to build your personal endurance, using power, cadence and heart rate targets and the useful functions of the Computrainers.
  • These 90 Minute classes are less intense than the normal 60’ weekday, but an excellent supplement to your weekly workout. Tuesday and Sunday classes are offered a la carte.
    Register and pay at BikeReg as you go.


  • Avoid the hassle of carrying your bike back and forth from home to work to Fast Splits!
    Use the Valet service and store your bike at Fast Splits. This service includes storage and setup of bike utilized for classes the entire registered session.
  • Valet charges will be prorated for the session based on the class registration date, but will NOT be adjusted for time bikes are removed by the rider from the studio
