Wondering how to improve the bike split in your next triathlon? Tired of getting dropped every time you hit the hills? Looking to win the town-line sprint in your favorite group ride?
If you answered "yes" to any of the above, then it's time to hit it hard in the FastSplits Ride Studio with Coach Matt Giunta from Blueshift Multisport. We'll train through a progression of VO2max and threshold interval sets and crank up the work-to-rest ratio. Along the way we will practice technique drills, track your performance, and ride some challenging virtual terrain. By the end of 10 weeks, you'll have the fitness to eat hills for breakfast, launch vicious attacks on your training buddies and complete long rides with higher speeds!
Computrainer athletes in Coach Matt's classes are encouraged to join the totally free Blueshift NING site to access the weekly workouts, ask questions in a private forum, and get feedback about their training outside of class.
